Frequently Asked Questions

Where are you based? We are located in the United States.

Do you ship internationally? We currently do not ship internationally.

Why haven’t I received my confirmation? Once your order is placed you should immediately receive confirmation through email. If you don’t receive an email within 24 hours please reach out to support to ensure there is not an error with your order. We ask that you check your spam/junk folder to ensure the confirmation email was not diverted there before contacting support. 

What if I entered my information incorrectly? It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all shipping information is correct prior to placing an order. Please check the confirmation email to double check the information is correct. Address changes can be made if notified before order ships out, but once shipped no changes can be made. 

Classy Girl Essentials is not responsible for any orders lost or returned to sender due to incorrect/incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

An item is missing from my package. In the event that an incorrect item is sent or an item is missing please reach out to us at info@classygirlessentials.com within 24 hours so that we can issue a refund or replace the item. Photos will be required for our records.

What to do if I receive a damaged item? Here at Classy Girl Essentials it is our top priority to ensure our packages make it to our customers in great conditioner. However, we understand things happen in route that are out of our control. We are not responsible for any damages caused by mail couriers, however if any damages occur please reach out to us at info@classygirlessentials.com with photos of the damage and we will happily submit a claim on your behalf. 

I no longer want my items. No orders can be cancelled once it has cleared the fulfilment stage and has been shipped! Due to the nature of our products Classy Girl Essentials does not accept returns or exchanges of any products. We aim to maintain high standards of sanitation and will never resale any open or used items.
