Shipping
Due to our products being handmade please allow 5-7 business days to process your order. Processing time includes making the products, labeling, packaging, and shipping out. Orders are processed Monday-Friday from 9am to 5pm CST not including weekends or holidays. We are a growing business with limited personnel, so we appreciate your patience during the processing period as we work diligently to ensure you receive your order.
Shipping cost will be calculated during check out and is based on destination and weight. Cost can be viewed during checkout prior to finalizing order.
Tracking
All orders will receive a tracking number once shipped out where you can track your package as it makes its way to you!
WE CURRENTLY DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY
Order Cancellations
No orders can be cancelled once it has cleared the fulfilment stage and has been shipped!
Changes to Order
Once orders are placed the items purchased cannot be changed and no discount codes can be applied to order. Please ensure you have selected the correct items and entered correct discount codes prior to placing order.
Missing/Incorrect Items
In the event that an incorrect item is sent or an item is missing please reach out to us at info@classygirlessentials.com within 24 hours so that we can issue a refund or replace the item. Photos will be required for our records.
Lost/Stolen/Damaged Orders
Here at Classy Girl Essentials it is our top priority to ensure our packages make it to our customers in great conditioner. However, we understand things happen in route that are out of our control. We are not responsible for any damages caused by mail couriers, however if any damages occur please reach out to us at info@classygirlessentials.com with photos of the damage and we will happily submit a claim on your behalf.
