Returns/Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products Classy Girl Essentials does not accept returns or exchanges of any products. We aim to maintain high standards of sanitation and will never resale any open or used items. 

Incorrect/Incomplete Addresses

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all shipping information is correct prior to placing an order. Please check the confirmation email to double check the information is correct. Address changes can be made if notified before order ships out, but once shipped no changes can be made. 

Classy Girl Essentials is not responsible for any orders lost or returned to sender due to incorrect/incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

 We do not reship items!!! 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
